ORACLE EDQ Director Issue with Total Relatioships not being stored with matching completes.

Hi All, calling all Oracle EDQ experts. I created an EDQ process where I am matching 2 data files. When the match processor completes, I see that the total of relationships all of the matching rules capture is over 100K relationships. When I link the relationships to a writer, there are only 11K relationships. This make no sense to me. I thought that the total of matching rule Matched relationships should = the output relationships.

If EDQ matched processor is not capturing all of the matched relationships, could this be an issue with the server related to java memory and table space?
