Oracle Edelivery Informatica 30 days trial License

When we try to download the Informatica from Oracle BI edelivery it shows it is available for 30 days only in the license agreement.

But from Oracle site it is showing that the free license is available for educational purpose. No license agreement for 30 days is mentioned.

Are the both versions same?
Is the Informatica for developer version from edelivery site is available for 30 days only?
