Oracle EBS to APEX Integration not working

Hi,
We are facing an issue while accessing apex application from oracle EBS 12.2.5.
We have a cookie setup in apex application to fetch the session details and it is fetching the session details correctly in lower instance but after migrating to higher instance, session details are not correctly populating.
Can anyone help to resolve this issue.
