Oracle EBS 12.2.8 image on VM VirtualBox gives E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057) error

I have downloaded Oracle EBS (mentioned below link) virtual image and extracted *.ova file for Oracle VM Virtual Box.

When i try to import image I got below error when the progress was around %60. There is no more detail. I couldn't find similar problem on the community or internet. Do you have any idea to solve this or encountered same thing?

Failed to import appliance C:\_Download\assemble_1228\assemble\VISION_INSTALL_MEDIA\Oracle-E-Business-Suite-12.2.8_VISION_INSTALL.ova

Result Code: E_INVALIDARG (0x80070057)

My computer Windows 10

Oracle VM Virtual Box version 6.0.4

There is no more virtual machine on the Virtual Box or Suspended images to create conflict.

I also tried Windows 8 compatibility mode. As far I understand this error may be about inconsistent Windows registry call.
