After successfully logging into Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, when I click on the interface I want to run, a prompt appears asking me to download "frmservlet.jnlp", and I must click the "Run" button in order to access it normally. Can someone please explain why this happens? I would greatly appreciate any guidance. Thank you!
