Oracle Document Editor 8.4 - EDI - HIPAA standard formats

Hi,

I have installed Oracle Document Editor 8.4. When I click on 'New Guideline' option, I can see the following window.

But I would like to see the HIPAA standard format files under EDI as shown below.

How to get these files under EDI-HIPAA option? Do I need to install any libraries expliciltly after installing Oracle Document Editor?

Please assist. Appreciate any quick help.
