Oracle DISCOVERER 11g

I'm trying to install Discoverer 11g when I get to the Specify Schema I not able to connect to the Discoverer Schema that we have
created on the server!

I'm able to connect to the Schema using Oracle SQL Developer.

Does Discoverer use the tnsnames.ora file?

If it does were should it be and if not can someone please help connect so I can finish installing Discoverer on local PC.
