<Oracle Directory Integration Platform> requires a separate license?

Hi,

Does anyone know whether <Oracle Directory Integration Platform> is a part of OID, or Oracle DIP requires a separate license?

And..., how many(or what) components are needed for license at minimum, if SSO is going to be implemented with Oracle Access Manager and Oracle Internet Directory, which needs to be connected to Active Directory?
