Oracle Developer Suite 10gR2 (10.1.2.0.2) and Oracle SOA Suite 10g (10.1.3.5.1)

helo everybody, i have Oracle Developer Suite 10gR2 (10.1.2.0.2). is it possible to configure run Forms/Reports 10gR2 (10.1.2.0.2) using Oracle SOA Suite 10g (10.1.3.5.1) for WebLogic Server (10.3.1). As i am unable to found Oracle AS 10g (10.1.2.0.2)?????.
