Oracle Developer Day.ova - Oracle SQL Developer 3.2 hr access

Hi,

I'm attempting to run Oracle SQL Devleoper 3.2 from within the VM I created from Oracle Developer Day.ova.
I'm using the tutorial at the following location to access sql developer on the VM which comes pre-installed:

However, I get stuck at step 5 getting the error message:

"Status : Failure -Test failed: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied"

Please advise what the correct usernames/passwords are for both sysdba and hr users.
