Assalam - O -Elikum

Friends i just want to know about Oracle programming bug / error (this is your matter what do you want to say).
Tha bug is that

When we type
Begin
Null;
End Loop;

Then nO error and form compile easily.
to fun is that no error in fetching records, logics and query aslo ...
What is this tell me friend (Ahahah)...
