Oracle Deleting Triggers, and I cant find out whats doing it

Hi guys

I have an oracle database, that is used by many applications.

However Oracle reports that its deleted some triggers ( of which I didnt want it to), and I cant seem to find out whats causing this deelteion.
I looked in the alert logs and there's nothing mentioned at all.

Can someone advise me where to start looking in order to find out this info ( btw I am a newbie so I appologise)
