Oracle defined Exception

Hi,

Is there any way to view all the oracle provided named and unnamed exceptions and their exception number?
Please reply as searched on net but found only few examples.
One more question is that is there a range for named/unnamed exception number as it used to be -20000 to 20999 in case of user defined exception numbers.
