oracle DB vs OS compatibility

Can anybody please share the oracle DB vs OS compatibility table?

there is a requirement from server team. They want to upgrade the server from AIX5.3 to 6.1 because IBM has announced the End of Support for the OS level Aix 5.3. We have oracle DB 10.2.0.4, 11.2.0.1, 10.2.0.2.0, is running on this sever. If they upgrade the os level will it affect the DB?
