ORACLE DB PERFORMANCE ISSUE DURING FULL BACKUP VIA NETBACKUP

Hi All,

We have been facing performance issue on our LINUX server on which we have our ORACLE DB running, I am a Storage Admin don't have much idea about the DB and i have come across from rman guide that configure tuning parameter channel device type disk rate will give better performance. Is this true if yes what value need to be set to get better performance.
