Oracle DB installation - updating registry key

Hi All,

First of all, Thanks in advance for your help.

I am trying to install Oracle Database 12C on my 64 bit machine, however during installation its stuck at "updating registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ORACLE/KEY_OraDb11g_home

I used 7-zip to extract the zip files.

I extracted everything in C:\temp directory.

During installation I Select Use Windows Built-in Account, which created my windows login username.

What am I doing wrong ? Please help.
