hi all
Everyday i am manually starting up my db due to some refresh : in my server.
alert.log shows TNS 12638 FATAL NI CONNECT ERROR 12638
I was advised to change the sqlnet.ora file parameter value
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES=(NTS)
to
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES=(NONE)
i changed it . but now facing different issues like
ORA-01017 INVALID USERNAME and PASSWORD
and even connecting sqlplus sys as sysdba is not working now same error: ORA-01017 INVALID USERNAME and PASSWORD
Kindly help
My db version is oracle 19c
