Oracle DB 12.1.0.1 in Win Srv 2012 R2

Hello,

I´m trying to install Oracle DB 12.1.0.1 in Win Srv 2012 R2 and I could finish the installation but when I execute DBCA, I set all the options but then the process fails with the following error:

error in process:...\bin\oradim.exe. Enter password for Oracle service user: DIM-00019: create service error. O/S-Error: (OS 87) The parameter is incorrect

I wonder if you have any idea how it could be solved.
