Oracle Databse Connection from Microsoft Power Apps

Dear Experts,
I have installed Oracle Client 12c Client ( 12.1.0.2.0), tested the Oracle DB connectivity, and it's successful.

I have to make the same connection in the Microsoft PowerApps platform. For this, I have already created an OnPremise Gateway and configured it. While making the connection in the power apps using the OnPremise Gateway I am receiving the below error.

Kindly help me to fix this.
