Oracle Database XE Plus.
Personally I think that Oracle Database Express Edition is the tool that should be used for Oracle TO CONFRONT MySQL, those working with MySQL hardly migrate when XE raised issues such as regular updates and storage limit, despite the limitations of Oracle Xe are sufficient for many applications.
Oracle must change its strategy and enhance Oracle Database Express Edition, it is true, the OPen Source is not the niche Oracle, but if you want to win some ground in this segment, should provide Oracle Database XE with optional support under license to low-cost Advanced data replication, for example.
It should also remove the limit of 4GB for data and support 2GB of RAM. Perhaps this might be to attract some users of MySQL and also some other DBMS as the giant DB2 Express 9 C.
