Oracle Database Table Storing CPU Patch / Patch Info.

Is there any table or way to find out from the Oracle Database whether the CPU Patch SQL has also been applied. I am talking about a case where the CPU Patch has been applied but the Bundle SQL has not been applied as a Post Install Step.

Running OPatch lsinventory shows the Oracle database as having the CPU Patch but cannot validate whether the Database SQL was also run during the post install
