oracle database server swap problem

hi,

i have got a oracle server with 256 gb ram and i set sga=190G and sga_max_size=190G and pga=32G and memory_max_target=0.

Then i get swap problem.no any other softwware run on tihs server.

this problem continue when huge page configured or not.

version:11gr2 rac with two nodes

os verison :redhat 6 (64 bit )
