Oracle Database Server Risk Matrix

I am reviewing the latest Oracle CPU Release for the Database Server. Is there a script that will determine if I am using the component that the vulnerability/protocol mentioned in the matrix. An example is how do i determine if I am using the component JPublisher over the Oracle Net Protocol?
