Oracle Database SE, SE1 and SE2 NUPS licensing?

Hi All,

Can anyone please explain the licensing minimums (NUPS) for Standard Edition, SE1 and SE2 in databases?

I'd be really grateful. Oracle's terms are very vague. What is your take on Minimum NUPS.
