Oracle Database Licensing

Hi Everybody,

I have a primary and secondary site, an Oracle DB is installed and dataguard is configured.

the prod server is 4 cores and the dr server is configured with 01 core (virtual powervm)

my question is :

can I transfer the production license to the dr site when switching, so the DR server wil have 04 cores and the primary (as standby now) will have 01 Core ?
