Oracle database is going down

Dear All,

I have oracle 11g database.

when i able to login to databse i m getting this error

root@ip-10-84-238-191:[usr/isac/tools]
$ su - oracle
oracle@ip-10-84-238-191:[home/oracle]
$ sqlplus

and when login as sys and do shutdown abort and startup again then this error will go ..

i m not understanding why database is going down after sometime i did this 3 times from morning
