Oracle Database Installation on Windows Server 2003

I want to install oracle 10gr2 on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 2 and system type X86-Based PC.The server having 64 GB Physical Memory. I complate the binary installation. When I want to create the database with dbca then oracle get 2048 MB of Physical RAM. But from os lavel it shows 63.09 GB. How to resolve this problem. Please Help me
