oracle database install error

Oracle Database 12_c_ Release 1 (12.1.0.2.0) for Microsoft Windows (x64) and windows 10 x64

when I clicck the next

it always show error as this

I guss the reason is my system user name using Chinese,

I don't know how to solve it ,
