Oracle Database Home 19.3: Why the listener.ora and tnsnames.ora files are created in the software location as the Oracle Database Home is installed?
As per the screenshots below, I observed that the listener.ora and tnsnames.ora files are created in the software location in the “admin” folder as the Oracle Database Home is installed:
C:\Oracle\Software\OracleDatabaseHome_X64_19.3\network\admin
