Oracle Database Discussions

Hello,

I am new to this forum hence not sure about this category this questions should belong.

I have deployed an Java EE based application using Oracle 11g as backend

all work well since last 6 month, yesterday suddenly my application was not able to connect to oracle and site was down.

i debug a lot and found that i was not able to connect to oracle database, surprisingly it allowed me to take a backup using export/import tool

the log in the alert_log file was as below
