Oracle Database Client Licensing

Hello,

I wish to have information around whether is there any requirement to obtain separate licenses to install and use Oracle 10g/11g Database Client, or whether this is bundled with the Database Server license and is not required to be licensed separately ?

A plethora of material on Oracle's mainstream website or Partnernetwork do not shed any clarity on this, nor does the Licensing Information document that is available in the Database Documentation.
