Oracle Database Client 11gR2 in windows: TNS-03505

Hi all experts,

I am having problems to get connected in my database after installing 11.2.0 on Windows 7 64 bit machine. I cant find any work around. Please see the below error

C:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\client_1\network\admin>tnsping PPRD-SV
