Oracle Database can not able to connect with asp.net properly

Hi Experts,

I am using visual studio 2010 and oracle database 10g .each and every time i login my system database to be started and asp.net also working nice but if i run the asp.net web project means it asking con.open() (Connection string) error occurred. I check the database connection is working.The same time TOAD 10.6(Oracle productivity software) to be open means that problem will be solved. if close the toad means that problem again occurred.

I don't know what is going on. but i check the net configuration connection that's also established perfectly.

Visual studio : 2010

oracle database : 10g
