Oracle Database Active/Passive on Microsoft Cluster

user10243788Dec 10 2018 — edited Dec 11 2018

hi, one of our oracle database 11.2.0.2 is configured on windows cluster. Its in active/passive mode i.e we use the

Microsoft Failover Cluster manager to move the database between standby and primary and to shutdown the database, more details in the below snap.

The DB Binaries and file are all installed on the Cluster Disk drive D: which basically moves from primary to standby and vice and versa and the listener and the DB service that are configured startup automicatlly when we move the cluster.

WE are not using Oracle Fail safe nor we are using Oracle Clusterware.

I searched but i am just finding documents for Oracle Fail Safe.

Can someone kindly guide me documentation to configure the same,
