Hello everyone. I have a questions about oracle database 23c. i know that free version can download and use.
My question is that when enterprise edition will be released ? Because free edition is limit (for example tablespace limit is 10gb)
Second question > i will install 23c when enterprise edition will be released then can i upgrade ?
