Hi all, I'm installing the 21C Express Edition on Windows 10 Pro x64 and I have the following errors when trying to install listener.
[FATAL] ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
Looking to logs it seems to be the only error at a first glance. I followed the Oracle Installation Guide for Microsoft Windows twice and I couldn't solve the problem.
Any idea of how to solve it?
