Hello can anyone help me? I can't get the set-up.exe to run. I downloaded Client 12C for Windows 7 - 64bit. Followed You Tube video to a T. Downloaded both files to the same directory, the download directory. Ram & Space are adequate. I have the latest Windows 7 Service Pack, which is SP1. I click on setup.exe (I have double clicked and right clicked and Run as Admin) neither way works. The setup quickly disappears in the text-mode, and never launched the Installer. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
My class instructor said I should have been prompted to enter a password during the download, but I stepped away from my desk during the download. She said the default password is Manage, but it hasn't even asked me for a password, so I haven't been given a chance to type that in. Anybody have any other ideas why the setup.exe disappears and doesn't launch the Installer? Thanks again!
