Please can someone help me, I've downloaded oracle database 12c 3 times fro oracle.com and when I'm installing it, I get files like .....\dr0ulib missing, and the download stops. someone suggested to download from edelivery.oracle.com, but the time for download is 11 hours for 256kb/s and I can't have internet at work for 11 hours, maximum is 8 hours. It's like the installer downloader used by oracle for the download does not resume from where it stops because oracle warns not to close the window during the download. please what can i do?
