Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 JDBC Driver & UCP Downloads do not seem to work

I visit Oracle Database 12c Release 1 JDBC Driver Downloads

I select "Accept License Agreement"

I select ojdbc6.jar (or several other links)

I am prompted to sign into OTN

I am directed to the following page:
