Hello,
I am new to SQL and Oracle family, and as a part of my curriculum I have to study Oracle 11g.
My PC configurations are: Windows 10 64 bit (fresh installation); 8 GB RAM; i3 processor.
I am trying to install Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.1.0) - enterprise edition on Windows 10. When I run setup.exe, the installer prompts with an error that "Environment doesn't meet system requirements", with Yes/No/Details options to continue with the installer or not. (Please see the image inserted below)
However if I click "Yes" to continue with installation, installer proceeds normally. Also, Oracle Database 12c installer is not throwing any such error upon installing.

My questions are:
- Should I continue with the installation, or it will be a problem to continue with installation?
- Is Oracle 11g not supported for Windows 8/10.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Please advice me.
