Oracle Database 11g Release 2 Installation

Hi my name is mayur dedhia and i am trying to install Oracle Database 11g Release 2 on my dell studio 15 laptop with windows 7 32 bit operating system , I almost downloaded 10 times the software , but everytime it shows error at 60% also at 57% it asks some firewall allow access which is alrite but when i checked my friend junaid kazis laptop with 64bit windows operating system the 2nd file had 4 folders and when i downloaded and researched a bit i just saw 3 folders in ine in the 2nd file , to be honest i tried 10 times till now wasted like 14hrs of my day but still it showing the same error , i am pretty sure there is some file missing in the oracle download link. Much help appreciated
