oracle database 11g release 2 in windows server 2003 x86

Hi,

I want to install oracle database 11g release 2 on windows server 2003 (x86).
I am not finding the sofware for windows version. I want to know whether 11g release 2 is avialable fror windows or not.

Please provide me the patch number for 11g release 2 if anything avialable in metalink.
