Oracle Database 11g Release 2 Client (11.2.0.1.0) for x64 and odp.net4?

Hello

Is it so, that Oracle Database 11g Release 2 Client (11.2.0.1.0) for Microsoft Windows (x64) does not contain odp.net4 dataprovider?
Is it possible to intall odp.net4 provider into Orcale Client?
