Oracle Database 11g Express Edition not acess from local area

hi
i m new .and i have installed Oracle Database 11g Express Edition and plz tell me how i can open my apex from local area..
my pc name is and i used this url from other pc http://xyz:8080/apex..but not opening...is i need xe client to access this...
