Oracle Database 10g Express Edition

Ich habe auf meinem Suse 10.0 System die Oracle Database 10g Express Edition installiert.
Wenn ich jetzt die Datenbank-Homepage aufrufe [http://127.0.0.1/apex] bekomme ich die Meldung, das die Verbindung fehlgeschlagen ist.
Kann mir jemand sagen wo es unter umstände hängt, und wie ich das Problem löse ?
