Oracle Dataase vs Oracle NoSQL?

Hi,

I have an HR software which will be on Cloud and will have several customers.. It will also have attachments for the employees, e.g. Letters, documents, etc.

Which database you'll recommend here? Oracle database or Oracle NoSQL? and How to decide?
