SQL & PL/SQL

We are in version PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

I have this SQL...

WITH 

      MemberSpanLast  AS  (

          SELECT  MEMBER.CONTRACT_NBR,

                  COUNT(*)  AS Contract_Count

          FROM    AMIOWN.MEMBER

          GROUP BY  MEMBER.CONTRACT_NBR

          ORDER BY MEMBER.CONTRACT_NBR)

SELECT  *

FROM    MemberSpanList

;

When I run it I am getting this error...

ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

00942. 00000 -  "table or view does not exist"

Error at Line: 9 Column: 9

What am I doing wrong???
