Oracle Consumes SWAP - General Question

Hi Experts,

I am watching Oracle Performance Tuning YouTube Channel Videos.

Someone has suggested that, First check Oracle BG processes are running in Memory or Swap area ?

How do I confirm/check which/Why bg processes running from SWAP instead of Memory ?
