Oracle connection not opening for vb.net windows application

Hi,

Oracle connection is not opening for vb.net windows application at windows 7 32 bit machine.

System Details:-

OS - Windows 7 32 bit

DB - Oracle 10g

Oracle client 32 bit installed at my machine.

The same is connecting when i run the application at windows xp.

Also able to login oracle DB from sql plus.

Please help us to resolve the issue.
