Oracle Connection is busy problem starts after taking backup.

Hi,

Yesterday,I took backup of my oracle database. After that, my oracle connection started taking too much time to connect to the database. SQL developer application hangs says connection busy.

Also my .net applications start giving not responding error. Sometimes it connects but takes time like 1-2 minutes.
